EGFR signaling in colon organoids with and without FBXW7 mutation

Two microscopy images of human colon organoids. The left image shows an organoid with the FBXW7 mutation (colorectal cancer) and the right image shows an organoid without the mutation (wild type). The organoid with the mutation is greener than the one without the mutation, meaning that it has higher activity of the EGFR signaling pathway.
