The role of HUNK/AGAP3/ARF6 in Caveolae-mediated endocytosis and cellular traffic.

In HUNK knockout cells, unphospsrylated AGAP3 (S396 site) disrupts its localization to early endosomes, leading to ARF6-GTP activity and enhancing the transition from early/late endosomes to endolysosomes.
