Targeting LTA4H inhibited ovarian cancer growth in vivo

Caption

Knockdown of LTA4H resulted in an attenuated tumor growth and ascites formation. Flow cytometry results showed significantly increased ratio of M1 to M2 macrophages and percentage of M1 macrophages in ascite. In addition, chemical inhibition of LTA4H by Bestatin also showed a combined anticancer effect together with Cisplatin.
