Step 1 represents acquiring a microtomographic image to be used as a mould to design the scaffold with graded porosity and three types of pores represented by number 2. The printing parameters were standardized in number 3, and the scaffold was printed as shown in number 4; finally, number 5 represents the characterization of the scaffolds in vitro.
