Human neutralizing antibodies against SARS-CoV-2 are isolated from the convalescent patient. A high affinity monoclonal antibody mAb-39 neutralizes SARS-CoV-2 original strain and Omicron variants, as this mAb binds to a conserved epitope across SARS-like CoV.  The mAb-39 also could improve the neutralizing activity of anti-RBD antibody against the highly neutralization-resistant Omicron variants.
