Hybrid water electrolysis technology can generate green H2 at the cathode and value-added chemicals at the anode simultaneously through energy-saving pathway. Thermodynamically more favorable oxidation reactions of organic/biomass substance molecules with a remarkable selectivity greatly offer certain energy-saving advantages.
