Gene expression profile of 1821 reference B-ALL cases (circles) and 76 B-ALL cases from this study (triangles) shown in a two-dimensional Stochastic Neighbor Embedding (tSNE) plot. Each symbol represents a sample. The 1058 feature genes selected by Boruta algorithm based on the 1821 reference B-ALL cases were used to generate the tSNE plot, with a perplexity score of 30.
