Opening the Magnetic Bottle of a Tokamak Causes Particles to Rush Inward (IMAGE)

The evolution over time of electron density fluctuations and electron density as a magnetic perturbation is applied. After 0.5 seconds of applied perturbation, the fluctuations reduce, and the density increases.
