Microelectronic device fabricated in the Electrical Engineering and Computer Science Department at UC Berkeley. Electrical calcium tests demonstrated the self-assembling nanosheet’s potential as an oxygen barrier for microelectronics such as thin-film solar materials called organic photovoltaics.
