I Overview of establishment of BC-PD-L1. (A) Overview of the models of BCCs for potential applications in prediction of prognosis in bladder cancer. Urine/tumor samples were collected from BLCA patients for primary bladder cancer cell culturing. PD-L1 expression levels of BCCs before and after IFN-γ stimulation were measured by FCM and used for prognosis and ICI response prediction.
