Corewell Health neuroscientist Stuart Graham, Ph.D., and associate professor at Oakland University William Beaumont School of Medicine, is helping to lead a $4.8 million National Institutes of Health research project aimed at identifying multiple factors of cognitive aging in older Black adults to better understand why this population is up to two times more likely to develop Alzheimer’s and dementia.
