Time series of hourly mean (orange line) PM2.5 with standard deviations (blue shade) of all stations data existed in Punjab, Haryana, and Delhi NCR (left column). The map on the right shows the daily maximum PM2.5 in 3 neighboring states of north-western India (red dots; sizes of each dot correspond to the magnitudes of values), with fire counts and wind direction in the background. Wind vectors are obtained from the European Center for Medium-Range Weather Forecasts (ECMWF) Reanalysis 5th Generation (ERA5) (daily mean values of November 3).
